Liverpool moves forward to sign the £25.8 million star.

Donyell Malen has been coveted by Liverpool for months, and it appears that they are now able to sign him.

Sport Bild revealed back in September that Klopp wanted to sign the BvB star to bolster his assault.

Bild disclosed in November that the Dutch assailant had switched agents to try to find a new location outside of Signal Iduna Park.

According to the German news source, Liverpool may try to entice Malen during the winter transfer season.

The 24-year-old can depart Dortmund for a sum of 30 million euros (£25.8 million), according to a report published by Sport Bild in the previous month.

The media outlet discussed the likelihood of Malen joining Manchester United in exchange for Jadon Sancho.

But according to Bundesliga journalist Christian Falk, the Old Trafford team passed on the chance, and Dortmund is willing to sell him should a Premier League offer come in (Caught Offside).

Since Sancho has finished his loan return to BvB and Manchester United isn’t interested in Malen, Liverpool has a great chance to finally sign the dynamic playmaker.

The Oranje right winger started 22 league games last season and personally contributed to 15 goals, but Dortmund lost the championship on the last day of play.

To cover for Salah and to take his place should he decide to depart Anfield, Liverpool does require a right back.

Not a single player from his previous team has been signed by Klopp. Should he try to sign Donyell Malen, who is valued at £25.8 million, this month, in your opinion?
